This story shows all of Ms Gray's excellent creative talent with her storytelling creativity, as obvious here. However, I do not know how to take her switch to the paranormal with Keagan. I knew, from the previous books in this series, that there was something strange about him. I did not read the other books in her paranormal genre that was referenced in this book, which proved to be hard to follow here. I love sci/fi on TV but I just can not make the switch to book format. This will not stop me from reading any future Keagan books as the author promises that the next book will be more romantic and focus on Keagan and Monique.
I loved this and am so happy for whatever comes next! I still love Danjal and Abigor no matter what. I am so impressed with how this worked itself out with meeting the most powerful of them and I hope Abigor and Asmodeus will get along and that Monae and the other women of these powerful men will get along and be able to call a truce and band together to become stronger. Loved this and can't wait for more from you👩ðŸ¾â€ðŸ’»ðŸ™ðŸ¾ðŸ’–ðŸ˜!
I thought all the other case files of Keegan was good but I think case file 4 has really out did 1 through 3that is until case file 5 comes out. Man Monae pissed me off and really hurt keagan and now he's out for blood which I don't blame him. I can't wait to see Monae see the error of her ways. This is a n www an improved Keagan and all bets are off with the B.S. he about to rain hell on all those who forsaken him.
While reading the latest from Ms.Gray, I admit I got mad. I wanted to throw my iPad at something. I did not want this book to end. I love the characters of Keagan and Mo. I am heated at Mo right now, I feel that he can do better (yep I said it) right now. I enjoyed the breaking of the fourth wall, and I got to see some of the past characters from previous books. Ms.Gray definitely brought the heat for this. Looking forward to the next book and getting some of my questions answered. — Nia
ALL I can say is: KEAGAN! KEAGAN! KEAGAN!! My man is the S***. I am glad I purchased first 3 parts in paperbacks just in time to read straight into the 4th part. I knew he was Something, but he much Much more. I love KEAGAN & MOE, story. MONAE had no idea what she got her fast ass into, until it was too late. You know what they say the heart knows what it wants. I tell you it was a great book and MS. GRAY you never disappoint. Can't wait for the other part.
More was revealed in this case than all the others. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT INSTALLMENT...(can you tell I'm excited as #&%$ ? How can you not be? Keagan now knows all and Piamon's fate is sealed. Monae, gurl you are in for it now, just wait. Shouldn't have never flaked on your man!
